The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SpeedAudit AI and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SpeedAudit AI. Audit reports generated for your websites belong to you. We do not claim ownership over the data produced by your audits.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. • Guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. • Accuracy or reliability of any audit results or AI suggestions. Use of the Service and reliance on any information obtained through it is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeedAudit AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: • Your use or inability to use the Service. • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Reasons may include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings page. These Terms of Service may be updated periodically; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
